Role Overview:

As Production Manager, youll be the engine of day-to-day shoots — running schedules, coordinating across departments, and making sure production days are efficient and well-executed. You'll build the production workflow from scratch while personally managing logistics, crew, and shoot operations.

What Youll Do:

• Build and run the production scheduling system (call sheets, calendars, timelines).
• Oversee shoot logistics: permits, locations, crew, and talent coordination.
• Work closely with Equipment & Tech Lead to ensure all gear is shoot-ready.
• Liaise with Post Production Manager for smooth handoff of media.
• Manage budgets and track production expenses in coordination with HR/Admin Lead.
• Document systems for smoother scaling in future productions.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years in media production management (TV, film, or unscripted formats).
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Agile under pressure and excellent at on-set coordination.
• A clear communicator who can align creative, technical, and administrative teams.
