Role Overview:

The Marketing Officer will play a key role in building and amplifying the studios brand, original formats, and global franchises. This role supports strategic marketing initiatives that position the company as a leader in culturally authentic, technically excellent content. The ideal candidate understands storytelling, entertainment branding, and audience engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for original shows, formats, and studio brand
  • Support the launch and promotion of new productions across digital, broadcast, and industry platforms
  • Create compelling marketing content including trailers, teasers, press materials, pitch decks, and social media assets
  • Manage digital presence including website, social media, and online campaigns
  • Coordinate with creative, production, PR, and distribution teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Conduct audience, market, and competitor research to guide marketing decisions
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, audience engagement, and brand reach
  • Support festival participation, screenings, markets, and industry events
  • Maintain brand guidelines across all communication channels

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in marketing, preferably within media, entertainment, or creative industries
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and audience behavior
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and social platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative production environment.
