JOB TITLE: CREATIVE PRODUCER

DESCRIPTION: A visionary Creative Producer to lead the creative direction and ensure a cohesive, high-quality creative vision across all content. Responsible for shaping the look and tone of unscripted projects while collaborating closely with executive producers, showrunners, directors, and production teams from development through post-production.

PROJECT: Full-time/ Inhouse

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and oversee the creative vision, tone, and approach for unscripted programs.
2. Lead creative development including concepts, formats, treatments, and pitch materials
3. Collaborate with executive producers, showrunners, writers, and directors to guide creative execution
4. Oversee visual style including set design, graphics, cinematography, wardrobe, and overall aesthetic
5. Provide creative leadership during pre-production, production, and post-production
6. Review scripts, rundowns, and cuts, providing clear creative feedback and approvals
7. Ensure creative consistency across episodes, seasons, and related programming
8. Partner with production, editorial, and network teams to align creative vision with budgets, schedules, and broadcast requirements
9. Stay informed on audience trends, competitive programming, and evolving television formats
10. Represent creative direction in network, studio, or stakeholder meetings

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Film, Television, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2. 8+ years of experience in television production, creative leadership, or directing
3. Proven experience shaping creative vision for scripted, unscripted, or live television
4. Strong storytelling instincts and visual sensibility
5. Experience working with showrunners, on-air talent, and senior production leadership
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
