Founded by Emmy award winning producer Michael Carandang together with lead investor and strategic partner Jon Sterling, GOAT Creative Studios Limited is registered internationally with its main office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Role Overview:

As part of GOATs founding team, youll build our post-production pipeline from scratch while cutting content yourself. This role is central to delivering shows that are not only compelling locally but also meet the technical and creative standards of global IP.

What Youll Do:

• Design and implement scalable post workflows (offline, online, sound, color).
• Edit assemblies, rough cuts, and final masters directly.
• Manage media storage, backup systems, and delivery specs.
• Collaborate with story producers and directors to shape narratives with global appeal.
• Document processes and establish systems for future team expansion.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years in media/post-production, preferably in unscripted or docu.
• Strong storyteller with proven editing skills.
• Agile, resourceful, and deadline-driven.
• Excellent communicator who can bridge creative and technical teams.
