JOB TITLE: SOCIAL MEDIA ASSOCIATE

DESCRIPTION: Creative and detail-oriented Social Media Associate to support the planning, creation, and execution of content across our social media platforms. This role plays a key part in building brand awareness, engaging our audience, and supporting marketing campaigns through consistent and compelling social media presence.

PROJECT: Full-time/ Inhouse

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and others as needed.
2. Write engaging captions that align with brand voice and campaign goals
3. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers in a timely manner
4. Track performance metrics and report on engagement, reach, and growth
5. Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
6. Support content planning calendars and campaign launches
7. Do design and marketing to ensure cohesive messaging. Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2. 1–2 years of experience managing or assisting with social media accounts (internships included)
3. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
4. Familiarity with major social media platforms and scheduling tools
5. Basic understanding of analytics and social media performance metrics
6. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
