JOB TITLE: LINE PRODUCER

DESCRIPTION

Own the physical production of a Love Island and Big Brother style unscripted series. You run the money, the clock, and the machine across a continuous living environment with multi unit coverage, live style moments, and high volume logistics. You partner with the EPs, Series Director, Story, Casting, Challenge, Art, Tech, and Location teams to keep the house running safely, discreetly, and on schedule with clean reporting and tight cost control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Build and manage the full season budget, cash flow plan, and weekly cost reports

2. Create and maintain the master schedule, block plan, and shoot calendar with AD and department heads

3. Own vendor bidding and contracting for house operations: accommodations, meals, transport, security, medical, safety, comms, rentals

4. Run daily production operations for a 24 7 adjacent reality environment: house coverage, challenges, tasks, ceremonies, interviews, holding, resets

5. Manage purchase orders, petty cash, advances, liquidations, and approvals with strict controls

6. Coordinate with Story and Director teams to align logistics with the format engine: nominations, evictions, recouplings, twists, live beats

7. Ensure compliance with permits, insurance, working hours, safety rules, and contestant welfare protocols

8. Lead risk planning for weather, medical, security, confidentiality, and crisis escalation

9. Oversee production office systems, comms flow, transportation grid, and equipment readiness

10. Close out wrap reporting, reconciliations, and all production delivery documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Proven Line Producer or senior production management experience on large scale TV shoots

2. Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting skills

3. Deep understanding of unscripted workflows and multi unit field operations

4. Clear leadership style, strong vendor and crew management

5. Calm under pressure, fast problem solving

6. Strong negotiation and communication skills
