Role Overview:

The Finance Officer will manage financial operations across the studio s development and production activities. This role supports budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting ensuring financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for development and production projects
• Prepare production budgets, cost reports, and financial forecasts
• Track production spend, cash flow , and vendor payments Process invoices, contracts, and talent payments in coordination with production teams
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
• Assist in audits, funding reconciliations, and investor or broadcaster reporting
• Support financial planning for new formats, co-productions, and international projects
• Coordinate with producers, line producers, and external accountants
• Monitor cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in finance or accounting; production or media industry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• High level of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
